The manufacturing method of the refrigerator door comprises the following steps of: (a) extruding a square hollow pipe with the width of the refrigerator door by utilizing ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) or other plastics; (b) cutting off the hollow pipe, wherein the length of an obtained hollow pipe is longer than the required height of the refrigerator door; (c) putting the cut set rectangular hollow pipe into a blowing die to blow and mold; (d) cutting off waste materials at two ends after the molding is finished; (e) mounting an upper decorative cover and a lower decorative cover and foaming; and (f) carrying out film coating and spraying on a panel after foaming to achieve the purpose of decoration.
