The invention provides an automatic gas source switching device which comprises a gas inlet valve, a pressure collector, a compressor and a respirator, wherein the gas inlet valve comprises a valve body; a gas inlet channel of a centralized gas source, the gas inlet channel of the compressor and a gas outlet channel of the respirator are arranged in the valve body; the gas inlet channel of the centralized gas source, the gas inlet channel of the compressor and the gas outlet channel of the respirator are converged in a mixing cavity of the valve body; the pressure collector is connected on the valve body and used for collecting pressure signals in the mixing cavity and feeding back the pressure signals to the respirator; a joint of the respirator is connected with the respirator, and a gas inlet joint of the compressor is connected with the compressor; and a main board of the respirator is used for controlling the startup and the stop of the compressor according to the signals which are fed back by the pressure collector. The automatic gas source switching device can enable the respirator to be more stable during the use by automatically switching between the centralized gas source and a compressor gas source, and the manual switching is unnecessary, thereby reducing manpower and material resources, improving the safety of treatment and reducing the suffering of a patient.
