By utilizing the anti-drunk driving and safety-health driving method, a more rigorous and initiative anti-drunk driving method is formed so that the driver cannot subjectively and deliberately escape the drunk detection; the limitation and misjudgment of a way for judging whether the driver is drunk by singly detecting the alcohol concentration in the vehicle is solved, and the accident caused by drunk driving is reduced; and meanwhile, the anti-drunk driving and safety-health driving method is good for the cardiovascular health of the driver, and can be used for reducing the high-speed driving syndrome of the driver.
