Abstract

The invention discloses an expansion type testicular prosthesis of which the volume can be increased by liquid injection. The expansion type testicular prosthesis comprises a shell, a core and an injection layer, wherein the injection layer is positioned between the shell and the core; the shell is prepared from silicon rubber capable of resisting repeated puncture of a fine needle; the core is prepared from silica gel; and normal saline is injected into the injection layer. By the design, a testicular prosthesis transplantation operation can be performed on patients and especially pediatric patients as early as possible, thereby furthest relieving the psychological trauma caused by the absence of testis. When the patient is an adolescent or after the patient is an adult, only the fine needle is used for puncturing the scrotum skin, and the normal saline is injected into the interlayer of the prosthesis to regulate the testicular prosthesis to the size of the right age without renewing and replacing the prosthesis again through an operation, thus the expansion type testicular prosthesis has wide application prospects.
