The device comprises a first fuel box, a first fuel pump, a fuel nozzle and an engine, and is characterized by also comprising a second fuel box and a second fuel pump; the first fuel box is filled with alcohol fuel, and is communicated with the fuel nozzle through the first fuel pump and a first fuel pipe; the first fuel pipe is provided with a first check valve which prevents the alcohol fuel from flowing reversely into the first fuel box; the second fuel box is filled with gasoline, and is communicated with the fuel nozzle through the second fuel pump and the second fuel pipe; the second fuel pipe is provided with a second check valve which prevents gasoline from flowing reversely into the second fuel box; the fuel nozzle is communicated with the second fuel box through an oil return pipe which is provided with a pressure valve; the device also comprises a relay which controls the second fuel pump; a normally closed contact of the relay is connected with a conversion switch, and the other normally closed contact is connected with a bond strap; and a normally open contact of the relay is connected with the second fuel pump, and the other normally open contact is connected with a normally used fire wire.
