According to the method, information such as failure reasons, failure mechanisms and failure influences needed by quality analysis is deeply fused, the barrier that equipment design and quality design are mutually independent is broken through, quality analysis is not an independent link after equipment design is completed any more and penetrates through the whole process of equipment design, and cooperation and unification of the equipment design and the quality design are achieved.
