The unlocking method comprises the following steps: sending key acquiring request information to a key management central server; receiving unlocking secret key sent by the key management central server and matching with the current door lock secret key of an electronic door lock; sending the unlocking secret key sent to the electronic door lock, wherein, when the current door lock secret key successfully matches with the unlocking secret key, the electronic door lock is opened.
