[0020] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

[0021] For narrative convenience, Figure 1a Magnetic modulator in DCC ( Figure 1a Within the dashed line) is simplified to Figure 1b Current control current source in I s , I s = W x W s I x = n I x .

[0022] The present invention uses the method of multiplying current to measure the current dependence of DC standard resistors-the circuit principle of the current multiplying method is as follows figure 2 As shown, the circuit includes three DC resistors and two DCCs. DCC1 is a DC current comparator bridge for conventional resistance measurement, and DCC2 is a DC current comparator range extender with a ratio of 1:1. R s1 , R s2 They are two reference resistors with the same nominal value. They are connected in series to form a reference resistor according to the proportional arms in the double bridge. r is the short ...

Abstract

The invention provides an absolute measurement method for measuring the current dependence of direct-current standard resistors by utilizing multiplied current, which belongs to the field of direct-current resistor measurement. The method adopts an equivalent resistor as a reference resistor, two four-terminal standard resistors with the same nominal value are connected in series to form the equivalent resistor, the reference resistor and a measured resistor are connected with a direct current comparator bridge, a direct current comparator range expander is then connected, and thereby a testing circuit is formed; the direct current comparator range expander is used for multiplying the current flowing through the measured resistor while keeping the current in the reference resistor unchanged; and by measuring the resistance change of the measured resistor caused by the multiplied current, the method can realize the absolute measurement of the current dependence of the measured resistor. The method can be utilized to carry out the absolute measurement of the current or power dependence of standard resistors, and the uncertainty of measurement does not depend on the measuring accuracy of the DCC resistor bridge as well as the power variation of the reference resistor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of direct current resistance measurement, and in particular relates to a method for measuring the current dependence of a direct current standard resistor by using multiplied current—the double current method. Background technique [0002] In actual measurement, DC resistors may work at different currents. Current dependence (current variation or power variation or load factor) is an important indicator of DC resistors. The current dependence of the resistance is defined as the resistance value R(I) of the DC resistor under the working current I to the reference current I 0 Lower resistance value R(I 0 ), as shown in (1). [0003] R ( I ) - R ( I 0 ) R ...
