The device comprises a constant temperature box for testing and a pretreatment compression device for tested samples, wherein the tested samples are compressed and packed through the compression device and then placed in the constant temperature box for testing the spontaneous combustion nature and conditions, the compression device comprises a compression cylinder, a reinforced testing cage, an upper cover of the testing cage, a pressure block and a hydraulic-spiral compound pressure rod, the reinforced testing cage is arranged in the compression cylinder, the tested samples are loaded into the compression cylinder, then the pressure block is further placed, the compression is performed under the hydraulic-spiral compound pressure rod till all the tested samples are pressed into the reinforced testing cage, then a side plate of the compression box is removed, the upper cover of the testing cage is inserted below a pressure plate and the reinforced testing cage is arranged in the constant temperature box for testing.
