Abstract

The decanter comprises a wine storage cavity, a gas inlet, a turbine chamber, a mixed cavity and a turbine device, wherein the gas inlet is formed in the outer wall of the wine storage cavity; the wine storage cavity is provided with a lower liquid channel connected with the turbine chamber; the upper opening of the mixed cavity is connected with the turbine chamber; the turbine chamber is connected with the gas inlet; the turbine device is arranged in the turbine chamber; wine in the wine storage cavity flows into the turbine device through the lower liquid channel, so that the turbine device rotates quickly; and the turbine device pushes air from the gas inlet into the mixed cavity, so more air is mixed with the wine in the mixed chamber, the oxidation speed of tannin in the wine can be increased, and the aim of decanting quickly is fulfilled.
