The device comprises a Bluetooth module, a micro control unit, an intelligent card interface and a power supply management module; the intelligent card interface is used for insertion of the SIM card; the micro control unit is used for receiving card reading commands transmitted by a mobile terminal via the Bluetooth module after insertion of the SIM card, reading the ICCID (integrated circuit card identity) number of the SIM card according to the card reading commands, transmitting the ICCID number to the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth module, receiving card writing commands transmitted by the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth module after an IMSI (international mobile subscriber identity) number corresponding to a short message center number, a mobile phone number of a user and the ICCID number is obtained by the mobile terminal, writing in the IMSI number, the short message center number and the mobile phone number of the user according to the card writing commands; and the power supply management module is used for supplying power to the Bluetooth module and the micro control unit.
