The time slot allocation method comprises the following realization steps of: measuring the quantity, the speed and the position of vehicle nodes within the communication range of roadside equipment by the roadside equipment; judging whether the sum of the communication time delay, the vehicle nodes speed and the all grouping arrival speed between the vehicle nodes and the roadside equipment meets a corresponding condition or not by the roadside equipment; adding the vehicle nodes which meet the condition into a scheduling list, computing the time-delay sensitive factor of the business, and the time slot quantity allocated for the business; allocating the residual time slots when no new business is available for the vehicle nodes if the roadside equipment further has the unallocated scheduling time slots; and stopping the time slot arrangement of the scheduling cycle by the roadside equipment. According to the time slot allocation method, the time-delay requirement of the business can be guaranteed, the maximization of the time slot use ratio can be realized, and the fairness can be considered at the same time.
