The invention discloses a script executing method, a system and a browser, wherein the system comprises a proxy object, an active object and a pair of communication windows, wherein the proxy object is operated in a page process; the active object is operated in an independent process; and the proxy object and the active object have respectively the pair of communication windows; the system is applicable to the script in the page process executed by the active object; the active object and the proxy object are communicated by the pair of the communication windows; the proxy object comprises a sending module, a dispatching identifier obtaining module and a blocking module; the active object comprises a receiving module and an executing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving the script sent by the sending module in the proxy object and an instruction sent by the blocking module; and the executing module is applicable to executing a to-be-executed method in the script by executing the instruction, and then returning the executed result to the proxy object.
