Abstract

The invention relates to a lentinus edodes essence and a preparation method thereof. The lentinus edodes essence is prepared from the following raw materials: pentathiepane at the concentration of 0.2%, 1-octen-3-ol, 1-octen-3-one, 3-methylthiopropanol at the concentration of 1%, 3-propionaldehyde at the concentration of 1%, hexaldehyde at the concentration of 1%, heptaldehyde at the concentration of 1%, 4-methyl-5-hydroxyethyl thiazole, octanol at the concentration of 1%, 1,6-ethanthiol at the concentration of 1%, and propylene glycol, wherein the concentration means the mass concentration of the monomer essence diluted by propylene glycol. The lentinus edodes essence disclosed by the invention has strong and fresh lentinus edodes fragrance which is mellow and lasting.
