The remote reliable network access layer is used for providing reliable signaling transmission with an SIP (session initiation protocol), and directly forwarding a message to the network signaling parsing layer after reliable access is completed during remote network communication; the network signaling parsing layer is used for receiving the signaling message sent from the remote reliable network access layer or a local area network and parsing needed parameters, a signaling includes a message header and a message node identifier, and a needed message is extracted through the message header and the message node identifier and sent to the corresponding executive layer; the executive layer is used for executing corresponding functions according to the parameters sent from the network signaling parsing layer.
