The invention provides an artificial incubation egg-shaking method for giant salamanders. The artificial incubation egg-shaking method comprises the following steps that giant salamander eggs are placed in a box with an incubation sieve to be incubated, and the box is filled with water and is placed in an indoor environment; the giant salamanders are turned over three times in the front-back direction, the left-right direction and the vertical direction by a person with the hands, and the eggs cannot expose out of a water surface when turned over; when the giant salamander eggs are incubated for ten to twenty days, the person inserts five fingers in an egg band every 2-3 hours, and gently and slowly moves the giant salamander eggs in the incubation sieve in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, and the giant salamander eggs cannot be turned over; and the giant salamander eggs are naturally incubated until the giant salamander eggs are changed into giant salamander cubs. By the artificial incubation egg-shaking method, a mode of protecting eggs by male salamanders in the nature is imitated, the eggs are shaken artificially, the giant salamander eggs can slowly and stably move when incubated for ten to twenty days, so that the incubation survival rate of the giant salamanders is increased, and production and income are increased.
