Embodiment 1

[0034] 1) Collection and preparation of research samples

[0035] The research samples consisted of 51 animal-derived feeds of known animal species, including products collected from domestic and foreign protein feed enterprises by relevant quality inspection departments and self-made samples. The samples covered terrestrial animal meat meal, bone meal, meat and bone meal , feather meal and fish meal, etc., including 20 samples from ruminants (9 from cattle, 11 from sheep), 18 samples from non-ruminants (10 from pigs, 8 from chickens) and 13 samples from fish .

[0036] All research samples were pulverized by a cyclone mill and passed through a 1.0 mm sieve.

[0037] 2) Lipid sample extraction

[0038] The lipid samples of the above-mentioned research samples were extracted by the Soxhlet extraction method using a fully automatic fat analyzer (SoxtecTM2050, FOSS Company, Denmark).

Abstract

The invention relates to an identification method for a ruminant source feed raw material based on a lipid infrared spectroscopy. The raw material identification method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting an animal source feed raw material sample which is different from a prepared known source feed raw material sample in species; (2) extracting a lipid sample; (3) collecting infrared spectroscopy information data of the lipid sample; (4) establishing a ruminant source feed raw material judging and analyzing model according the collected infrared spectroscopy information data of the lipid sample in the step (3); (5) evaluating the judging and analyzing model established in the step (4); and (6) extracting the animal source feed raw lipid sample to be detected and collecting the infrared spectroscopy information data, and inputting the data into the judging and analyzing model established in the step (4) to carry out species identification analysis. The method provided by the invention can realize the rapid and effective identification and analysis of the ruminant source feed raw material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of identification and analysis of animal-derived feed, in particular to a method for identifying ruminant-derived feed raw materials based on lipid infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the "mad cow disease" incident has brought a huge impact on animal husbandry, public safety, feed industry and international trade of animal products in the EU and even in the world, seriously threatening the health of animals and humans, and causing huge economic losses. Studies have shown that mad cow disease is caused by the use of meat and bone meal from cattle, sheep and other animals suffering from mad cow disease and scrapie to feed ruminants, and the consumption of homologous animal-derived feed by ruminants is the main way of spreading mad cow disease . In order to effectively prevent mad cow disease and cut off the transmission of mad cow disease from the source, countries around the world hav...
