Problems solved by technology

However, in this case, the freedom of development is too high, and as a result, when several programs are installed, each program may interfere
In addition, because the program must be developed in accordance with the control measures of the machine, the development cost increases
Furthermore, when the program obtained from the outside is malicious, there is a concern about problems such as illegal outflow of personal information

Abstract

A program relating to monitor screens and control formats required for energy management, that readily adapts to a user's needs, and is compatible with different communications formats between devices. The energy management system has: a plurality of energy consumption devices; a measurement device for measuring energy consumption; a communications unit that communicates with devices to be communicated with; a display unit that displays the measurement results of the measurement device; and a control unit that controls the operation status of devices to be controlled. The communications unit is capable of switching communications formats according to the device to be communicated with, by the execution of a communications program; the display unit obtains measurement results via the communications unit, by the execution of a display program; and the control unit controls the devices to be controlled, via the communications unit and by the execution of a control program. An API, for causing the communications unit to execute the communications program during execution of either the display program or the control program, is attached to the communications unit; and information for requesting the communications unit to execute the communications program in order to utilize the API is built into the display program and the control program.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an energy management system provided with an energy management system that manages energy consumption in a building and a communication unit that communicates with each energy consuming device used in the building. Background technique [0002] As an energy management system for managing energy consumption in a building, a system that monitors the operating conditions of energy consuming devices installed in the building and can automatically control them is known. When constituting such a system, it is now as Figure 16 As shown in FIG. 1 , dedicated controllers (for example, remote controllers or operation panels) are installed for each energy-consuming equipment installed in a building. Figure 16 It is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of a conventional energy management system. [0003] In addition, regarding the display screen mounted on the controller (the screen displayed for monitoring the operatio...
