The integrated-imaging double vision 3D display device comprises a display screen for displaying a microimage array, a microlens array, the polarization grating I and the polarization grating II, wherein the display screen is positioned on the focal plane of the microlens array; the horizontal central axis and vertical central axis of the display screen are respectively and correspondingly aligned to those of the microlens array. The polarization grating I is closely attached with the display screen, and the polarization grating II is closely attached with the microlens array.
