A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine mouth wash comprises the following steps: (1) placing barbados aloe, roots of red-rooted salvia, leonurus and radix angelicae in half of distilled water in proportion, and heating and boiling to decoct for 3-5 hours; filtering and removing dregs to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution; (2) dissolving lemon oil, menthol, perilla oil, perilla oil and ethanol in another half of distilled water, and heating to 30-50 DEG C and uniformly stirring and dispersing; and (3) mixing the products in the steps (1) and (2), uniformly dispersing, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a finished product.
