A water air-conditioner refrigerating system is formed by the combiner box, the domestic underground reservoir and the intelligent control cabinet. During refrigeration of the novel water air conditioning system, the design of the domestic underground reservoir is fully utilized, so that stored water which is unused at ordinary times and is warm in winter and cool in summer is fully utilized. Through the design of internal structure of the intelligent control cabinet, heating or refrigerating capability of the novel water air conditioning system is effectively enhanced.
