electric energy obtained by the solar PV / T system is stored to an accumulator and is supplied for an axial flow draught fan and an centrifugal water pump to use, and thus the
automation of rainwater
irrigation and underground rainwater
refrigeration and heating can be achieved; a heater which is arranged at the lower side of a photovoltaic panel in the solar PV / T system uses photovoltaic heat to conduct heating on the rainwater in a water feeding pipeline, so that the rainwater is used for a user and the reutilization of the rainwater is achieved; the stored rainwater in an underground impounding reservoir can be maintained at a constant temperature, the rainwater is subjected to full heat exchanging with air in a
pipe through a heat exchanging
pipe section, and the stored underground rainwater can be used as a
cooling medium to conduct refrigeration in summer and can be used as a heating medium to conduct heating in winter.
