It contains rainwater-collecting pipe, groundwater storage, impounded basin, anchor gate, sand sluicing canal, receiving canal, de-silting basin, sand-extracting pump and water-extracting pump. Anchor gate is set on outer wall of impounded basin. Rainwater-collecting pipes connect with impounded basin and de-silting basin. Several short walls are set on back plane of impounded basin to divide it into some sand sluicing canals. Receiving canal is set on end of sand sluicing canal. Receiving canal connects with all sand sluicing canals and expands to de-silting basin. Pumps connects de-silting basin.
