The acceleration sensor is used for sending awakening signals to the control module when the acceleration is larger than a preset threshold; the measuring circuit comprises a contact sensing unit, and the control module sends starting signals to the contact sensing unit when receiving the awakening signals. The contact sensing unit starts a human body trigger sensing function after receiving the starting signals, and if the contact sensing unit detects during the preset duration that the human body trigger induction unit senses trigger signals of the human body, the contact sensing unit sends working mode switching signals to the control module to enable the control module to be switched from a standby mode to a working mode and begin to perform physiological parameter measurement.
