Abstract

The present invention relates to a spherical lamp with easy heat dissipation. The lamp comprises: a lower substrate and an upper substrate, in each of which a plurality of LEDs are embedded; a substrate support portion having a plate shape, to which the lower substrate and the upper substrate are coupled and fixed to a lower portion and an upper portion thereof, respectively; a lower cover and an upper cover, which are fixed to the lower portion and the upper portion of the substrate support portion, respectively, and each of which has a semi-spherical shape; a support portion, which is connected to an upper center portion of the substrate support portion and is exposed to the exterior through a center portion of the upper cover; and a heat dissipation plate which is formed on a rear surface of the heat dissipation plate and provided with a coupling portion into which an end of the support portion is inserted and fixed. The present invention can effectively prevent shortening of the life of LEDs by exposing to the exterior a side surface portion of the substrate support portion, which supports the substrates comprising the plurality of LEDs, transferring heat that is generated from the LEDs to the exterior of the upper portion of the spherical cover by using the support portion that can transfer heat upward, coupling the heat dissipation plate to the support portion, and by dissipating the heat that is generated from the LEDs.
