Embodiment Construction

[0048]The invention provides a performance evaluation method of a single-variable multi-time-varying disturbance system in a cracking furnace, comprising the following steps:

[0049] S100: Obtain an SMTMV control criterion for a single disturbance in a single-variable multi-time-varying disturbance system at each time point according to a preset time-varying disturbance model of different disturbances;

[0050] S200: Obtain the MMTMV control criterion for all disturbances of the univariate multi-time-varying disturbance system at each time point through the SMTMV control criterion;

[0051] S300: Obtain a theoretical output variance according to the MMTMV control criterion;

[0052] S400: Comparing the theoretical output variance calculated in step S300 with the actual output variance under the control criterion of the single-variable multi-time-varying disturbance system obtained by actual detection and calculation, to obtain a quantified performance index, and then compare ...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating the performance of single-variable multi-time-variant disturbance systems in cracking furnaces. The method includes steps of S100, acquiring SMTMV (single model time-variant minimum variance) control criteria for each single action of disturbance of the single-variable multi-time-variant disturbance systems at each time point according to preset time-variant disturbance models for different actions of disturbance; S200, acquiring MMTMV (multi-model mixing time-variant minimum variance) control criteria for all the actions of disturbance of the single-variable multi-time-variant disturbance systems at each time point by the aid of the SMTMV control criteria; S300, acquiring theoretical output variance according to the MMTMV control criteria; S400, comparing the theoretical output variance obtained in the step S300 by means of computation to actual output variance of the single-variable multi-time-variant disturbance systems under the control criteria to obtain quantitative performance indexes, and comparing the performance indexes to default index standards to obtain performance evaluation results of the single-variable multi-time-variant disturbance systems in the cracking furnaces. The actual output variance is acquired by means of actual detection and computation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of petrochemical industry, in particular to a performance evaluation method of a single-variable multi-time-varying disturbance system in a cracking furnace. Background technique [0002] As industrial processes become more complex, it becomes increasingly important to evaluate the performance of systems. The system performance evaluation method can effectively evaluate the performance of the control system, judge whether the control system is running in the best working state according to the evaluation results, and improve the control strategy on this basis to make the process run in the best state, thereby improving the production efficiency of the enterprise and process safety. [0003] The control system performance evaluation was first proposed by Harris T in 1989, and the variance obtained based on the minimum variance control was used as the evaluation benchmark to evaluate the performance of the univariate c...
