The invention relates to a pearl drilling and threading integrated device which comprises a frame, wherein the frame is provided with a hopper, a charging mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a drilling mechanism and a threading mechanism, wherein the charging mechanism consists of a feeding pipe and a charging assembly; the clamping mechanism is provided with a clamp base which is provided with a feed inlet, a clamping station and a discharge opening; the clamping station comprises a positioning nest, a baffle hood, a baffle hood lifting mechanism, a compressing head and a compressing air cylinder; the drilling mechanism comprises a drilling motor, a drill and a feeding air cylinder; the threading mechanism comprises a first threading mechanical arm, a second threading mechanical arm, a transmission mechanism, a power piece and a needle; the threading mechanism has a threading man-hour and a needle return man-hour, the first and second threading mechanical arms in the two man-hours are close firstly and then are kept away from and the two threading mechanical arms alternately clamp the needle; the first threading mechanical arm in the threading man-hour feeds the needle to the second threading mechanical arm; and the second threading mechanical arm in the needle return man-hour feeds the needle to the first threading mechanical arm.
