The handlebar is provided with a controller which is connected with the power driving assembly. The vehicle bottom plate is composed of a front bottom plate (33) and a back bottom plate (4). The inner part of the back bottom plate (4) is hollow, and a telescoping trough which matches the front bottom plate (3) is formed. The front bottom plate (3) is slidably connected with the back bottom plate (4) and furthermore slides into or out of the back bottom plate (4) along the telescoping trough.
