The magnet-therapy massage insole is of a double-layer structure and comprises a soft rubber lower layer gasket and a hard rubber upper layer gasket in an attached mode. Protruding massage points arrayed in sequence are arranged on the upper surface of the upper layer gasket, magnet particle installing holes are formed in the lower surface, attached to the lower layer gasket, of the upper layer gasket according to acupuncture points of the foot sole, magnet particles are arranged inside the magnet particle installing holes, and magnet particle containing holes corresponding to the magnet particle installing holes are formed in the upper surface, attached to the upper layer gasket, of the lower layer gasket. Ventilation holes throughout the upper layer gasket and the lower layer gasket are formed in the upper surface of the upper layer gasket and located inside gaps between the protruding massage points.
