The system includes the following procedures: vacant information in an accident list is completed by a user through a mobile terminal, wherein accident ID, site (GPS information) where the accident occurs, time, accident type, number of participators and license plate numbers are included in the accident list; after the accident list is generated, the system starts an accident evidence collection module, corresponding evidence collection sub-modules are called according to the accident type and number of participators in the accident list, and then evidence collection shooting is guided for the user; after shooting is completed, and additional recording can be recorded by the user according to the site condition; finally, the accident list, images and voice frequency are packaged as an evidence package, then the evidence package is sent to a server and the evidence is saved by the server waiting for admissibility.
