The present invention discloses a dynamic characteristic-based heterogeneous Internet of Things identifier identification method and system, to solve an IoTID identification problem when an Internet of Things identifier (IoTID) has a conflict in namespace. An Internet of Things identifier type and a to-be-identified IoTID are described by using an eigenvector, and a degree of membership of the to-be-identified IoTID to an identifier type of a conflict is depicted by using a vector distance. An foundation is laid for constructing a unified Internet of Things analyst system that is compatible with various heterogeneous Internet of Things identifiers, and an identification rate of the Internet of Things identifier can be improved significantly. The method is simple in process and fast in identification speed.
