Abstract

An automatic DNA sequencing management system comprises a project management module, a sample management system, an experiment management module and a user and authority management module. The system comprises the steps that 1) a user submits project data and operation flow and data of experiments to the project management module via application or WEB, the system provides a series of matched functions, including sample and personnel selection and authorization distribution, for each project, experiments belonging to the projects are checked, project management is realized, concrete resources of the projects are made clear, and thus, the resources are reasonably distributed according conditions; 2) after initialization, the project management module submits register information of devices regularly according to set time, samples of the projects are added into a sample library and associated with corresponding projects of the system, and experiments are created and experiment data is managed; and 3) the devices are measured and controlled, and the user uses a server to manage the devices.
