Abstract

The method can effectively remove the networks which are relatively congestive and weak in signals, thereby improving the efficiency that a user selects the optimal network and the quality of service; the optimal network is selected by the traditional subjective and objective combined network preference selection algorithm based on the pre-screened candidate network, and the optimal network is finally accessed according to the judgment result of a network selecting decision. The simulation result shows that the judgment process of the algorithm gives consideration to both of the network state and the user preference, the effects of reducing the ping-pong effect and maximizing the utilization rate of network resources are achieved, and the accuracy and the practicability of network access are improved.
