Abstract

The invention provides a data synchronization method and apparatus, a router and an intelligent hardware device. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a communication establishment request sent by the intelligent hardware device, wherein the communication establishment request carries a device identifier of the intelligent hardware device; determining whether the device identifier is legal; if the device identifier is determined to be legal, establishing a communication connection with the intelligent hardware device; receiving synchronous data sent by the intelligent hardware device through the communication connection; and synchronizing the synchronous data to a server. By adopting the scheme, the data synchronization process is greatly simplified, and the communication resources are greatly saved.
