Embodiment Construction

[0021] corresponds to figure 1 , the supercharger device 1 according to the invention, for example in a motor vehicle, can be in the form of an exhaust-gas turbocharger, which supercharger device 1 has a variable geometry turbine 2, has a blade bearing ring 3, and has a rotatable The guide vanes 4 are installed in the vane bearing ring 3. The guide vanes 4 are additionally shown in figure 2 , again shown in image 3 in the detail drawing. With regard to the guide vane 4 it can be seen that it has a top side 7 extending in a convex form from the profile nose 5 to the profile end 6 . Concave groove 9 (see especially also figure 2 and image 3 ) is arranged on the underside 8 of the guide vane 4 at the profile nose 6 . Here too, the bottom side 8 extends in concave form from the concave groove 9 to the profile end 6 , wherein the radius of curvature of the bottom side 8 is greater than the radius of curvature R of the groove 9 .

Abstract

The invention relates to a charger device (1) with variable turbine geometry (2), particularly an exhaust turbine supercharger for motor vehicles. A charger device (1) may include a variable turbine geometry having guide vanes (4) mounted rotatably in a van bearing ring (3). Each guide vane may have a top side (7) that runs in convex fashion from a profile nose (5) to a profile end (6). A concave recess (9) may be arranged on a bottom side (8) of each guide vane (4) at the profile nose (5). In such way, improved response behaviour can be achieved particularly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a supercharger arrangement with a variable geometry turbine, in particular an exhaust-gas turbocharger for a motor vehicle, as stated in the preamble of claim 1 . The invention also relates to a guide vane for a supercharger arrangement of the stated type. Background technique [0002] EP1797283B1 has disclosed a general supercharger arrangement with a variable geometry turbine having guide vanes rotatably mounted in a vane bearing ring, wherein the guide vanes have a shape extending from the profile nose to the profile in a convex manner surface of the end. [0003] DE 10 2009 006 209 A1 already discloses another supercharger arrangement with a variable geometry turbine, in particular an exhaust-gas turbocharger for a motor vehicle. By means of corresponding wave-shaped guide vanes in the form of a dovetail profile, it can be used to allow gas to enter in parallel into the flow duct, the flow duct being delimited in each cas...
