The method comprises the following steps: setting a CPU port VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) of a switch of an independent network; classifying a cascade port among the switches in the independent network into the VLAN; classifying the port of the switch connected with a webmaster switch into the VLAN; distributing a management IP to the switch in the independent network; starting up an LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) function of the switch, and implementing unified management of the communication networks of the full station.
