The SD-OCT image of the loquat fruit is subjected to noise reduction to remove a background in the image, acquire a boundary of the background and a target, and separate a loquat fruit target, the image is sequentially leveled and transformed, an image detection area is chosen to implement parameter fitting after the image is compressed, the attenuation coefficient of a pulp tissue of the loquat in the image detection area is solved, and a bruise result is judged according to a threshold value of the attenuation coefficient. The method detects the early-phase bruise of a loquat pulp, completes the automatic identification and judgment of the bruise tissue, has a stronger adaptability to the bruise tissues at different forms, so that the detection efficiency is improved, and with the matching of an appearance detection method like imaging, a technical foundation is laid for online detection of the interior quality of the loquat.
