The method comprises: using the geographic information technology to carry out spatial modeling on the contaminated site; establishing an identification model library of the risk identification field of the contaminated site; establishing a common function library of the risk identification field of the contaminated site; establishing a common parameter library of the risk identification field of the contaminated site; establishing a distributed computing resource library; establishing a logical processing model of the risk identification of the contaminated site; establishing a computing process model of the risk identification process of the contaminated site; and through a risk assessment distributed computing engine, carrying out distributed scheduling computing on the computing process model, and outputting a risk identification report.
