The invention discloses a method and a device of data packet scheduling, mainly aims at solving the problem that the data packets only can be scheduled based on a single data packet attribute when queue scheduling is used in the prior art. The technical scheme comprises the steps of sending data packets sent by a data sending terminal to a first control region; distributing the data packets to corresponding control nodes in the first control region and determining a first sending priority associated with the control nodes based on attribute parameters of the data packets corresponding to the first control region; obtaining data packet size parameters of the data packets and calculating a corresponding bandwidth occupation amount of the data packets based on the data packet size parameters; if the bandwidth occupation amount is smaller than or equal to the actual residual bandwidth amount in the current control nodes, sending the data packets to a next control region based on the first sending priority and carrying on control node distribution and priority determination for the data packets in the next control region; and when the data packets pass all the control regions, sending the data packets to a data receiving terminal.
