Abstract

The invention provides a touch display and electronic equipment with the touch display. The touch display comprises a flexible substrate, a shielding layer, an insulation layer, a touch electrode thin film layer, a first routing layer, a bonding layer and a display screen, wherein the flexible substrate is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other; the shielding layer is arranged on the first surface, and positioned at side ends of the first surface; the insulating layer is arranged on the first surface and the shielding layer; the touch electrode thin film layer is arranged on the insulation layer; the first routing layer is arranged on the touch electrode thin film layer, and positioned at side ends of the touch control electrode thin film layer; the bonding layer is arranged on the touch electrode thin film layer and the first routing layer; and the display surface of display screen is bonded to the bonding layer. In the touch display, a touch function is realized by a thin film, so that the touch display is relatively thin, and can be bent freely.
