The method comprises the following steps: receiving a configuration instruction of a user; generating a configuration document for copying data in a source database into a target database, wherein the source database and the target database are arranged as single databases or distributed databases and the configuration document at least comprises the database information of the source database and the target database and the screening conditions; analyzing the configuration document; utilizing a target development language to generate a database inquiry instruction according to an analyzing result for the screening conditions; utilizing the database inquiry instruction to read the target data from the sourced database; copying the target data into the target database. The target data is an original data set which is screened from the source database and meets the screening conditions and is used for solving the problem of low working efficiency when data replication is performed between different databases at present.
