The blood cooling pipeline is cooled by coolant; the coolant is a brine ice mixture; the temperature of brine ice mixture is 18 to 21 DEG C; in the brine ice mixture, the salt massic volume concentration is 280 to 320g/L; and the coolant is arranged in a constant temperature refrigeration device. A technical problem that resistance force is increased due to increase of priming volume by the passive increase of the length of pipeline can be solved via changes of coolants; the brine ice mixture works as the coolant, which is easy to prepare and store, and has safe components; the temperature of the coolant can be greatly reduced; temperature-varying efficiency can be greatly increased; and a problem of priming volume and resistance increase can be solved.
