Based on comprehensive consideration of economic correlation and the structural correlation among aero-engine life pieces, and with making the replacement total cost of the life pieces the lowest in a whole life cycle being an optimizing target, a multi-life-piece opportunity replacement problem optimization model is established; aiming at characteristics of the optimization model, a four-model solution space reduction rule is provided, the search algorithm based on the reduction rule is provided based on the provided rule, and the algorithm can obtain an optimal solution of the model. Finally, through the adoption of a numerical number experiment and an application case, the provided algorithm is evaluated and verified.
