The invention also provides a paper currency form detection device. The paper currency form detection device includes a first transmission path, first sensors and a processor, wherein the two first sensors are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the transmission surface of the first transmission path in the transmission direction being perpendicular to the first transmission path; and thedistance between the two first sensors is not more than the standard length of paper currency.
