The algorithm comprises the following steps of: firstly dividing printing shop information in the background into different diagrams according to different regions and storing the diagrams, wherein the algorithm adopts two modes: an idle mode and a busy mode, which respectively correspond to a slack period and a busy period of the business; under the idle mode, when printing orders are submitted at the background, automatically finding printing shops, for storing printers at the regions, with proper distances in corresponding diagrams according to consignee addresses of the orders, and carrying out assignment on the printing shops to find optimum printing shops to carry out distribution; and under the busy mode, firstly carrying out assignment on an order set by the background to obtain matched value sets of the orders, and searching optimally matched printing shops of eachorder to carry out distribution.
