The system comprises a freeze-drying equipment body; an inner casing is arranged on one side inside the freeze-drying equipment body; an upper cavity layer is formed on the upper side inside the inner casing; a lower cavity layer is formed on the lower side inside the inner casing; a drying chamber isarranged inside the inner casing; a radiator is mounted on one side inside the drying chamber; a water inlet and a water outlet of the radiator communicate with the upper cavity layer and the lower cavity layer correspondingly; and the other end of the upper cavity layer is connected with a first connector. Materials inside the drying chamber are heated by the radiator, auxiliary heating can alsobe performed on the inside of the drying chamber through the upper cavity layer and the lower cavity layer, and the heat source inside hot water is utilized sufficiently.
