The car security system comprises a cellphone with a smart system, an internet of vehicle service terminal arranged in a car, a cloud server of a vehicle management department, and a car smart terminal arranged in the car. According to the system, the identity of a driver to drive a car is matched with a drive white list in the cloud server, driving without license is prevented, further, at low-speed, an APP limits a cellphone receiver function, a short message text application and a browser application,at high-speed, only a GPS application is available; while the communication demand of the driver at low-speed is met, the driver is refrained from using the cellphone forcibly so as to be urged to drive attentively and safely.
