Abstract

The invention discloses a driver fatigue detection method based on a rough set and a D-S evidence theory. The method mainly includes the steps of using a sensor to collect data including a heart rate,pulses, an oxyhemoglobin saturation and breath signals to construct primary fatigue feature parameters; adopting a rough set property simplification method to extract the optimal fatigue feature parameter, using the fatigue feature parameters to create a fatigue property decision table, carrying out data discretization on the fatigue decision table, creating a differential matrix to perform property simplification, and correspondingly creating a fatigue decision set; after data output by the decision set is subjected to normalization processing, adopting a fuzzy neural network for being fusedwith the D-S theory, and making a decision on a driver fatigue result. According to the physiological features of the human body, an intelligent information processing method is combined to recognizethe fatigue features of a car driver, the method has obvious social and economic benefits and a significant meaning on reduction of traffic accidents caused by fatigue driving.
