The passage wall is in the same of a cylinder with two open ends and comprises a head portion, a middle portion and a tail portion; the passage wall is divided into an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein a cavity is formed between the two layers of elastic thin walls; the inflation pipe is located on the outer surface of the tail portions of the passage wall and communicates with the cavity; the head portion and the tail portion of the passage wall are provided with solid annular supporting racks; the inside of the middle portion of the passage wall isalso provided with the membrane made of elastic materials; the edge of the membrane is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the passage wall.
