The intelligent power supply system comprises a plurality of USB power supply controllers, a pluralityof switching power supplies, a plurality of sub-controllers and a master controller. Each USB power supply controller comprises an MCU, an RTC module, a USB interface voltage and current acquisition module, a USB interface power supply switch module, a plurality of USB interfaces, a power interface and an RS485 interface, wherein the RTC module, the USB interface voltage and current acquisition module, the USB interface power supply switch module, the plurality of USB interfaces, the power interface and the RS485 interface are electrically connected with the MCU. Each switching power supply has at least one path of output, wherein the output is electrically connected with the power interface of each USB power supply controller.
